My left ear has been clogged and has a lot of pressure in it. I can hear my hear beat in it very loudly. My left eye has a lot of pressure and the left side of my head feels like something popped and there is pressure. Also the left side of my teeth hurt. Its been like this for 4 days

For now apply dry warm compresses to external ear , keep your ear dry , cover them while bathing and take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl .
