What Causes Pressure And Clogging In Left Ear ?

My left ear has been clogged and has a lot of pressure in it. I can hear my hear beat in it very loudly. My left eye has a lot of pressure and the left side of my head feels like something popped and there is pressure. Also the left side of my teeth hurt. Its been like this for 4 days

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pressure and clogging in left ear . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like otitis externa , localize infection , allergy or wax buildup . Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI to confirm diagnosis . Doctor may also rule out sinusitis or eustachian tube dysfunction . Doctor may recommend you few exercises like blowing air with closed nose and mouth ,swallowing, yawning or chewing gum . Doctor may also prescribe decongestant to reduce the swelling of the lining of the tubes , antihistamine and antibiotics . Doctor may also implanting pressure equalization tubes . For now apply dry warm compresses to external ear , keep your ear dry , cover them while bathing and take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl .
