What Causes Pressure And Dull Pain In Chest With Breathing Difficulty?

I m having lots of pressure and a dull pain in my chest. I feel resistance when I take a deep breath, cough, or if I push abit to go to the bathroom then there s a strong tightness in my chest. My X-ray and EKG came back normal. I also have difficulty breathing some days

chest discomfort can be due to gastritis , peptic ulcer and certain lung and heart diseases
you need to see a pulmonologist who can request for some investigations and examine the patient and come to a conclusive diagnosis
