What Causes Pressure And Pain In Lower Stomach Along With Vaginal Discharge?
I am feeling lots of pressure in my lower stomach for around 4 days. The pressure has gotten worse and I also started having pains in both sides lower sides and my stomach.. The pains come around every 45 minutes give or take a few minutes. When the pressure first started a few days ago I had some brown vaginal discharge... That only lasted 2 days but the pains are still here and beginning to get worse.. I also have a history of kidney stones the last one I had was at 17 weeks, I am now 23 weeks.

The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
As of now you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
