Dear Doctor About 6 months ago I have started feeling a massive pressure and pain in my chest which goes away if I move my shoulders backwards and then it cracks. That gives me a relief for a short while and then all over again. I was surprised how many people have the same issues but nobody seems to have an answer on this one. I am 31 years old, never been seriously injured and I do go to the gym, swim a lot, do football etc. I spend quite a lot time in front of computer as it is my job. The most common what I have noticed with most of us is that we use to lean towards computer screen. But there is not real explanation so far what the real problem is. I look forward to hear from you. Kind regards Tom
