What Causes Pressure Around Lower Abdomen Along With Brown Vaginal Discharge?
hi i have been haveing pressure pains around my ovarie areas, it resently stopped however now i have a light brown substance coming out of my vagina when i wipe... Also its not my period because i shouldnt be getting my period for another two weeks. Help

pressure pain around ovaries due to many reasons. it may be due to pelvic inflammatory disorder or enlarge lymph nodes, etc.
now pain is relieved so no need to worry about it.
regarding brown vaginal discharge, it is due to old blood. whenever old blood accumulate in uterus and associated with shedding of uterine wall it produces brown vaginal discharge.
if it remains continues then consult a doctor otherwise no need to worry.
