What Causes Pressure Feeling And Vision Disturbances After Pneumonia Treatment?

My husband has pneumonia and is on a steroid and antibiotics. When he coughs he has been seeing spots and feels pressure and vision disturbances. He is also having some reading comprehension issues...has to think about what he is seeing to make sense of it. Should he go to the er ? Dr tomorrow? Or just ride it out? Any ideas what it might be?

heis having steroid which can induce glaucoma and cataract. so take measurement of IOT. and exclude cataract. if both are positive then steroid be stopped after tapering. if both diagnosis are correct, then your husband will improve to normalcy.

prolong use of steroid can induce glaucoma and cataract. consult treating doctor and tapper the steroid.
