What Causes Pressure In Chest With High Blood Pressure?
my husbands blood pressure is 137 over 94 and he is having chest pressure. He says it doesn't hurt just has pressure. He was light headed earlier today and was feeling pressure in his neck too. He is 39 is 5' 7" tall and weighs 198. Earlier his blood pressure was 144 over 102. I think he needs to go to er.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Certainly he needs evaluation. This can very well be heart disease. He should get his ECG, if normal then TMT is needed. Also get lipid profile and sugar tested once. Monitor his blood pressure and consume low salt diet.
