What Causes Pressure In Right Pelvic Region?

Hello, I have been experiencing fullness and pressure in my right pelvic region for about one week. This started right at the end of my period. Also, gas and pressure like need to have bowel movement even though having them often. I have a history of fibroids. I am a 52 yo female.
