What Causes Pressure In The Head And Dizziness?

Hi, For as long as I can remember I have funny spells of feeling very sick, going very dizzy (not being able to stand) and feeling like the room is spinning, I also feel a lot of pressure in my head. This usually happens when I get out of bed or if I stand up too quickly. 90% of these spells happen at night. I m only 20 so have never been too worried but it is happen a lot more frequently the last few weeks. What could this be? My GP seems to brush me off when I mention it!

Hi there.

It could be Vertigo due to inner ear disorders, brain disorders, fluctuating blood pressure etc.
