What Causes Pressure In The Head And Dizziness?

I have been suffering from a pressure in my front forehead that includes dizziness. This has been going on for years. My doctor gives me nasal spray buy it doesn’t help. Flushing out my sinus with warm soapy water does provide temporary relief. I don’t think my sinus is congested. They feel dry. Note, I’m a gym pool swimmer. I find it hard to concentrate. This is a problem. How do I find relief? Thank you

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms could be related to tension type headache. Anyway, I recommend performing a sinus X ray study and sinus discharge bacterial culture to exclude a possible sinus infection first. If all these tests result normal, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
