What Causes Pressure In The Head?

I have a strange pressure on the right side of my head, above my ear. Almost at my temple. It hurts slightly now, and I had it last night too without pain. I take 20mg Cipralex, however I haven't taken it yet today. Could it be a withdrawl symptom or an anxiety thing? Thanks.

Now causes include there is due to tention injury medication alcohol
