What Causes Pressure In The Left Side Of The Chest?
I am a 27 year old female. I have had feeling of uncomfortable pressure on the left side of my chest often. More at bedtime. Tonight it feels heavier and more persistent. Also I feel like I have a knot in my upper left side of my back. Just to the right of my shoulder blade. Should I be concerned tonight?

Hi, firstly rule out acidity and gas by taking a good antacid liquid with simethicone and also take Omeprazole 20.
If there is no relief you may need an x-ray chest, ECG and medical opinion to rule out Mitral valve prolapse and other causes--regards
