What Causes Pressure In The Pubic Area During Pregnancy?

I am 40 weeks an 3 days pregnant and I have an extreme amount of pressure on my public area it s hard to even lift my legs, this followed by vagina swollen on the outside, could this be the start of labour this is my second pregnancy and my first child I has 4 weeks early.

it can be due to early labour.
