Hello As per the description of your clinical symptoms it seems that you may have the following probabilities :
1. Please monitor your Blood pressure. A raised blood pressure often presents with similar symptoms.Consult your Physician for the management. 2.It may be a muscular sprain or spasm. Avoid any exercise of the upper limb in the acute condition, use some anti spasmodics or muscle relaxant along with some analgesics after consulting your physician. may go for relevant exercises after the acute phase is over. 3. It may be a Radiculopathy due to nerve root compression at the cervical region. You need to do a MRI of the cervical spine to rule out the pathology, and if any abnormality is detected you need to consult a spine surgeon for further evaluation and management.
Thank you.
