What Causes Pressure On Chest And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi, my name's Devvin. I'm a 21yo wm with no real pretanent medical hx & (-) smoker. In overall good health and I workout everyother day via running. I've been having slight SOA for the past few months with a few episodes of C/P throughout that period. The SOA has been associated with a tightness in the base of my throat but in the past few days the tightness has gone away but been replaced with a pressure on my chest causing SOA but no other Signs and Symptoms. I'm a paramedic so I've been able to rule a few things out on my own. My pressure is usually around the high 120's systolic, HR high 60's strong & reg Resp. equal but slightly labored. I'm clear bi-lat in all lobes with no demish anywhere. NSR on a 12-lead with (-) ectopy. It usually gets progressivly worse throughout the day with occasional transiet periods of all around relief. I've got a fair amount of stress in my life but nothing more than usual. I drink ALOT of soda, usually around 3-4 bottles of Mt. Dew or Dr. Pepper everyday. I've cut down drastically in the past month or so and replacing my soda with Vit. D milk. I love my spicy foods and by spicy I'm talking Habaniro's. I've never had this issue before in my life and it's got me kinda worried. When I think about my SOA it really freaks me out & it takes me a while to calm down(Freaking out usually exacerbates the SOA). I'm not really sure what's going on.
