What Causes Pressure/pain Like Discomfort While Pressing The Testicles?

For as long as I can remember my testicles have been sensitive but not in a good way. Even for me to hold especially the left one and squeeze it gently is an awful feeling kinda like pain definitely discomfort almost like pressure...recently during sex my wife has tried sucking on them and I had to have her stop as the discomfort feeling overwhelmed the pleasure....I have never been able to experience pleasure when any of my other girlfriends have done the same thing. Feels like it could b coming from in behind it but would really like to know what it could be as I want to be able to experience those situations with pleasure instead of what I ve been getting my whole life....I m 32 years old

Thanks for your elucidate history.
The testicle/s can be very sensitive as the nerve supply and the sensation in your case may be more pronounced.
This may very well be normal and hence it is better that this suckling act by your partners on your testis should be stopped and never practiced.
On a safer said, it is always better to get the following things done to get a clear cut diagnosis:
- Ultrasound and color doppler off the scrotum.
- Tests of blood and urine.
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon or better an Urologist to confirm whether this is just an exaggerated normal testicular
sensation or there is some form of disease that you may be suffering.
