it may be conjunctivitis pa pules giving forgeinbody sensation. needs to be examined by eye doctor palpebral conjuctiva is to be to be examined after reversion if pa pules represent itis to be examined to exclude trachoma. if confirmed then they are to be treated withezythrocindrop and at night neosporine eye ointment is to be applied. after treatment the pinprick sensation will go. and you will feel better not related to use of contact lens and giving rise to corneal erosion.
