What Causes Pricking Sensation Under Feet And Palms?

hi, i got a question...am wondering what could be the cause of pin prick sensations under my feet and on my palms, it has been 3 months since it started. And my legs are swollen since yesterday but am not feeling any pain. I am just not feeling well. Please help.
