What Causes Problem In Reading In Morning Light?

Sir I was having problem of blood flow in my left ear.Doctor says I have balancing problem.They gave me Ginkovas tablet.Now they say that there is no problem in my ear.Sir Still I have problem in reading in morning light .I feel as if some lines are there in front of my eyes and a little shaking of objects

Balancing problem means is vestibular. It requires rotation test test for deaf ness. For eye problem refraction and fundus examination is required. If requires proper correction may be given. you may need cylindrical correction.
