Hello!
I may understand your worry, but what I commonly say to my patients is that at least we have solutions thanks to the science development. So, I would like you to stay calm because
stress does not help situation. My professor used to tell me often that in medicine, 1+1 doesn't make 2. There are couples who try for years and at the moment that they give up, they achieve a
pregnancy. This was just to tell you that stress is harmful.
Now, about your answer, it is correct that after trying at least 3 intrauterine inseminations, the next step is an IVF procedure.
It would be helpful to me if I knew your follicle growth, the result of semen analyses, the situation of the tubes (if they are patent or not). If I were your doctor, i would strongly recommend you doing an AMH (antimullerian hormone) to judge the situation of your
ovarian reserve. That hormone level would help even to judge if you should hurry or take the things slowly.
Hope I have helped you. Do not hesitate to write me.
