Hello-I was bitten by an insect,possibly a spider behind my ear 12 days ago and had intermittent chills and sweats. Subsequent removal of neck lymph node and muscle tissue due to infection. I have been on clindamycin for ten days. I am experiencing drenching head and neck sweats and jaw tenderness above surgical site. Is the infection still brewing ?
