.I m in saint Louis and the heat and humidity have been out of control. I work in a warehouse with no air condition and outside for long periods of time. Left work yesterday after a half day and was sweating purfusly. My shirt and arms were soaking wet. Drove home in AC and relaxed for 30 minutes got out of the shower and started sweating again like crazy. Had to get out for couple hours today and it happened again but I also vomited and having cramping in my legs and side and I have no appetite. I m a 48 year old Male. Thankyou

Due to excessive heat you may lost plenty of electrolytes through sweat lead to hypokalemia or hyponatremia again lead to vomiting and exhaustion. I think you may be suffering from heat exhaustion, so keep in air-conditioning rooms, Drink plenty of liquids, coconut water, ORS solutions etc. Check for blood pressure, check for core body temperature etc. if symptoms not improved need IV line secured. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
