The possible causes for bleeding are 1. Hemorrhoids 2. Fissure 3. Fistula. 4. Dysentery or diarrhea. 5. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) 6. Irritable bowel syndrome etcetera. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Take a high fiber diet and regular exercise. Use syrup lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
