What Causes Prolonged Low Grade Fever In A Child?

hi, my son is 3.5yrs old. he has low grade fever around 37.6-37.9celsius for more than one month. all his blood test camo fine. he has light cough. eating, sleeping and playing wel. can u please help me out to identify any possible reason.thanks

No need to worry if tests are normal and there is no other problem.
Sometimes temperature decreases on its own. Check the method and thermometer for temperature measurement
