What Causes Prolonged Period Bleeding Along With Clots?

I have my period non stop. every once in a while it will stop for two or three days but then it will start right back up again. then there is the blood clots and they are big I have ones as big as my hand before when those happen i feel light headed and my chest hurts. i dont know what to do any ideas?

Good evening.
Ur symptoms r suggesting a likely diagnosis of Abnormal uterine bleeding with anaemia.
Get a CBP with ESR, TSH, Ultrasound abdomen pelvis.review with the reports as soon as possible.
Take iron supplements in the meantime.
