What Causes Prolonged Periods After A Tubal Baby Birth?

I had my 2nd child on Nov 1 and I had tubal. I bleed for 6 weeks. I went for follow up at 6 weeks and everything was great. This month I had regular period on 1st lasting 6 days then started again on 13th. Should I be worried or is my body adjusting.
