Hallo dr. I must start my monthly period on 29 Aug but I've being having a discharche since 20 Aug, sometimes it is clear red blood and sometimes it is a dark brown discharge that almost look like jelly, I do not have any pains that is severe but I do get a swollen ankle on my left foot. Now and then I get like a pinching feeling in my ovaries, more on the right side. Do I have something to be concerned about?
