What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Despite Taking Progesterone?

Hi, I am pcos, went to trough fertility medicines n 4iui cycles? All have failed in spite of having good egg size , endometrium. By day 12 my egg will reach 19-20 mm and my gynic gives hcg for ovulation, and it will rupture. But I ll get menses by day 24 or 25th of cycle. For low progesterone I am prescribed with 200mg of progesterone pill, yet I am bleeding on it by 25days. Even I have no tubal blockage.What might b the causes for failures , what to do next plz suggest

do husband semen analysis...do serum tsh and serum prolactin...u can do hsg on day 8th to reconfirm d patency of tubes...den follicular study after taking letroz...den rupture den iui...
