Hi, 20 years old male, I go gym on a regular basis, 4 times a week, heavy weight lifter and I do a lot of cardio, my nipples are slightly larger and puffy, seems a bit weird because I am quite lean, now I know that I haven't finished the puberty period because my facial hair has not fully grown and my adams apple is not fully developed, So I suppose it could be due to an hormone imbalance, how could I sort this puffy nipple situation?
Hello I appreciate your concern and you are right it could be caused by hormonal imbalances You need not to worry I will help you out in best possible way If you can upload a photograph or answer my these question, I will be able to guide you better Is there any palpable lump inside your breast Is it in both breast or in one only
It warrants clinical examination so I would advise you to consult a general surgeon for physical check up and if required it can be removed surgically
