What Causes Puffy Nipples?
Hi im 16 and I have puffy nipples and it s really embarrassing as I feel uncomfortable in a t shirt as I feel as though everyone s looking and they re going to spot my puffy nipples, I m not fat I weight about 10st 7 and I m 6ft 1 Please help thanks

Hello,
I think these puffy nipples you are having come as a result of the breasts development due to hormone influence. It is a normal development for your age.
They will increase on size and them at the end of puberty will stop growing and will remain at the size of adulthood. You can wear a wide shirt and of a thick material as well as supporting bra.
