What Causes Pulsating Feeling In Lower Abdomen Post Urination?

I just got finished urinating and while i was i felt a pulsing sensation when peeing in the lower abdomen or right below and i was holding it in for a little bit and it was alot but the sensation hasnt happned before im just curious if this is serious?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have cystitis or urinary tract infection. Pulsating feeling is seen sometimes with cystitis. you should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If you have infection then you should take antibiotics treatment accordingly. If you don't have any infection then nothing to worry. It will go away by itself.
