What Causes Pulsating In Ear And Pressure In Chest?

Hi I hear my heartbeat in my ear when I bend over, I sometimes have a fast pulse, palpitations and feelings of my heart skipping a beat.and breathless if I run upstairsvaftervsitting fir a while, these symptoms have come on more so in the last month. I have occasional niggling pain in my chest but not a crushing feeling. Should I be going to my doctor, I am 44 I am overweight but otherwise healthy with no medication

Hi welcome to HCM.
Pulsatile sensations in the ear and heart could be secondary to some hyperdynamic circulatory process operating at the level of heart like an aortic regurgitation.This needs an e dimensional echocardiography to be ruled out.You should certainly visit your doctor.I also advice you to have a baseline EKG.Surgical repair of the aortic valve if any can offer permanent cure.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
