What Causes Pulsations In Left Side Of The Abdomen?

I keep having this wierd feeling on my bottom left side rib cage..it feels like when you pull a muscle and you get that bubbly feeling. I had a very intense long basketbal game earlier today and I got this feeling about 2 hrs after but not sure if that's connected. But yeah Its just a flat out wierd feeling I guess you cold say almost like another heart beating at the bottom of my rib cage
