Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your pulse rate is definitely on the higher side and has to be evaluated thoroughly. Check your thyroid function test as hyperthyroidism can cause persistently high pulse rate. Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. You need to take serial ECG monitoring to rule out any abnormal heart rhythm. If the heart rhythm or rate is persistently abnormal, you have to start on drugs like Metoprolol to keep the rhythm as normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
