What Causes Pus And Blood Filled Pimples?

Please help, i am an Indian, suffering from skin disease, Reports are as perfect reports in cholesterol, sugar and blood samples.
It started me before 4 years. I am a perfect vegetarian.
I am able to find the pimples bit very hard and inside some times pus or blood used to occur. It vanishes only after 20 days only. Same type i am able to find in chest, buttocks and behind head parts.
I am of age of 27.
