What Causes Pus Filled Bump On The Back Of Head?

hi, I have a bump on the back of my head it is full of pus, I cant pop it its thick under my skin, but when I lay on the pillow I see it drains with pus and blood on the pillow, its been there for 7 months and only getting bigger, it caused that spot to go bald and hurts

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some chronic infection in scalp.
This might be due to mixed infection of bacterial, fungal leading to folliculitis.
A chance of carbuncle is there if you are diabetic.
Consult dermatologist and get examined.
He will make plan of treatment accordingly.
