What Causes Pus Filled Scalp Blisters?

I am getting lumps, bumps on my scalp. They seem to be getting more prevalent. When I use my fingernail to excise them, I find that a waxy,sometimes blood involved substance is present. The areas then become sore and irritated. They seem to return and I repeat the procedure. What might I be encountering.

Thanks for the query.
you might have developed folliculitis
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
