What Causes Puss Cells In Urine?

Hi i am a 27yr old female with high blood pressure after getting eclampsia in my pregnancy last year May. I did not have hypertension entering the pregnancy and now still have it. I have been sent for alot of tests and scans and all came back normal except my urine mc&s. It showed 30+ pus cells. What cause be the cause of this?? I dont have any symtoms of a UTI,

pyuria or kidney problem from previous high blood pressure.
* In our clinic, I recommend to undertake urine culture, ultrasound of the
abdomen & pelvis for further management.
