What Causes Puss Filled Bumps In The Groin Area?

I have a small cluster of white puss filled bumps on the outside crease of my labia majora where the inner thigh meet. I noticed it a few days ago exactly 7 days after protected intercourse. Today I notice increased vaginal discharge & odor and itching although the bumps don t look as prevalent today. I am going to the doctor tomorrow but have been wrecking my brain for the past 2 days with possibilities. My last sexual experience before the recent one a week ago was 6 months ago. Is it possible to contract an std that fast & with use of condom?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
In view of your symptoms and the history, it is likely that you have developed vaginitis. Though you had a protected intercourse, it is still possible to get latent infections activated as intercourse leads to pressure effects. Please go ahead with the specialist appointment as planned. You will need a vaginal and cervical swab, blood counts and urinalysis. Your partner also needs to be evaluated for any infection and treated if necessary. Please do not use strong soap solutions or douche. Hope this helps.
