sir, i am rohit and i am a fitness freak. I have been into weight training from the last 3 years and i have a very good diet plan but my body loses muscle(body weight) very quickly even if i miss just one meal in a day. I am a very hard gainer but my body has tendency to loose weight very quickly. My t-shirt that is body fit to me in the morning sometimes suddenly gets loose when i miss a meal or even if i get late for my meal. Please help me sir, i want to build up a good physique naturally but my body itself sometimes does not support me to achieve my goals and that diverts my mind towards steroids. What you want to advice me on this sir??
