I wake up in the morning and when looking in the mirror, I see the lower left side of my chin slightly quivering. Possible causes suggested are stress, coffee intake, bells palsy, and others. I don t think any of these are possibilities. But I am puzzled. What do you think?
persistent quivering chin can be a variant of essential tremors, which is genetically influenced. If there is history of hand tremors/neck tremors/chin tremors in close blood relatives, then high possibility of essential tremor is there.
