What Causes "loose Skin" With Itchy And Watery Eyes?
Hello, I appear to have loose skin in the white of my eyeballs. My eyes have also been watery and sometimes itchy. The loose skin seems to move in different areas of the eye. I always have a constant feeling that something is in there. What is this?
