What Causes Racing Heart Beats And Dizziness While Suffering From Heart Disease?

I had a widow maker heart attack 4 years ago. I have two stents, sometimes my heart feels like it is racing and then it feels like it pauses. When I feel the pause I will sometimes get dizzy to the point where I have had to drop to one knee because I felt like I was going to pass out.

Fast and slow heart rate can occurs in heart patient like you. Please get 24 hours holter moitering to rule out tachy brady sndrome or any other arrythmia, you may require pacemaker implantation. The decision of pacemaker imolatation will be taken after analysing holter report.
