What Causes Racy Heart And Vomiting After Smoking?
Hi im a 32 year old african american male and smoke by myself half a pack of cigarettes and today About 30 minutes ago I started haveing the feelings like a heart was raceing , vomitied out of no were little off and on twenges in arm and hand and left side of chest. Now after ah few minutes I feel fine ,what was wrong?
Feeling your heart racing, vomiting out of no were little off and twinges in your arm and hand and left side of chest are indicative for possible: - spikes in blood pressure - low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). - stomach issues (heartburn)
I advise to: - monitor your bp and blood sugar levels for 1 week on daily basis, record the results and pass them to your doctor for further evaluations. You can pass them to me if you want a second opinion. - If you are also having heartburn problems, I advise to be careful with food you eat. Eat often and small portions. Take antacids after each meal. Do not skip your meals. Try to stop smoking. This will give definite solution to your problems.
Hope it was of help! Dr.Albana
