Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The lesions which are black and elevated and non itchy may be actinic keratosis most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Local application of 5-FFU cream 1% May used for few weeks. If no response, the lesions may be removed by electro-cautery under local anaesthesia.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
