What Causes Raised Bumps On Penis After Having Unprotected Sex?

I have two raised up bumps on my penis. Theyre not discolored and do not realease any puss or liquids. But in the middle of each bump, there is a crater. And on the head of my penis, the skin looks a little funky. I have un protected sex two weeks ago. The bumps do not itch or hurt either. Im scared and I do not know what to do.
