i have raised bumps on the back of my neck and head that are verry sore,and itchy.when they lister and break,they have a clear sticky liquid then crusts over.they stay itchy so i scratch.my doctor says they are soriesses.i had cream to use but they didn t go away i have had these for 6 m
Your symptoms look like Psoriasis. Mild to moderate psoriasis can be treated with topical corticosteroids, salicylic acid & moisturisers. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get skin biopsy test done. Methotrexate or cyclosporine given for a short period is effective. Your treating doctor may suggest you laser therapy.
If obese, maintain healthy weight. Cut on red meat, refined sugar, processed foods & dairy products. Avoid alcohol intake. Take multi vitamins to prevent symptoms due to deficiency. Take care of your personal hygiene & do not share toiletries with anyone.
