Had intestinal bug for a couple days, but I think this is unrelated..the third day (yesterday)I woke up and had a pulled muscle feel on the inside of my left thigh, not quite to the inside between quad & inner thigh. tenderness runs diagonally from inner thigh about 5" above knee towards top center of thigh....now there is a raised red patch about 2" wide & 3" long. getting nervous.
