OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Irregular bleeding with clots are the side effects of the Implanon. It is not necessary that everyone using this Implanon may experience the same issues. Its side effects may vary from irregular bleed with clots to cessation of periods.

I still suggest you to visit a nearest gynecologist so that she can have a complete physical examination and further management.

I hope it was helpful to you.

Thank you.
