Hello
Welcome here.
I can understand your concerns.
Its great that all of your reports are normal.

I think in such case its due to anxiety.

Do you have any stressors?
In how much time your palpitations settle down?
Please enlist what medications you take?
Do you have any other accompanying symptoms?

Answers to these questions will help to reach a definitive conclusion.

To control palpitations, you can take a glass of cold water or coughing can help in reducing palpitations.
Other method to control paliptation is to inhale deeply and exhale with pursed lips.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
